WARMUPLess than 14 days since the inbox was added — still warming up, not used in campaigns yet.
PENDINGPast 14-day warmup but sent < 500 emails — actively sending, not enough data to judge performance.
GOODPast warmup, sent ≥ 500, Connected, bounce ≤ 5%, reply rate ≥ 0.5% and ≥ 50% of the client's average.
BADPast warmup, sent ≥ 500, and any of: disconnected · bounce rate > 5% · reply rate < 0.5% (absolute floor) · reply rate < 50% of the client's average.
An inbox is considered "flagged" = BAD. These are the ones that need action (pause / replace / investigate).
